3. INHERENTLY DANGEROUS ACTIVITY

Powered paragliding (PPG), trike flying, quad flying, and ultralight aircraft operation are inherently dangerous activities and may result in serious injury or death.

By purchasing or using any product or participating in training, you acknowledge:

  • Flight involves extreme risk.

  • Equipment failure, weather, turbulence, pilot error, or terrain may cause injury or death.

  • No equipment eliminates these risks.

  • You are solely responsible for obtaining proper instruction and maintaining pilot proficiency.

4. NO AIRWORTHINESS CERTIFICATION

Products sold:

  • Are not FAA certified.

  • Are not manufactured to federal or state airworthiness standards.

  • May qualify only as ultralight or experimental equipment.

You assume full responsibility for regulatory compliance.

5. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

You knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with:

  • Assembly

  • Maintenance

  • Modification

  • Storage

  • Transportation

  • Operation

  • Training participation

Including risks arising from ordinary negligence.

Nothing herein waives claims for gross negligence or intentional misconduct under Minnesota law.

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

PARAMOTOR CENTRAL LLC DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:

Manufacturer warranties, if any, are solely between you and the manufacturer.

  • Property damage

  • Loss of data

  • Consequential or incidental damages

Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.

8. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

We are not responsible for inaccuracies, typographical errors, pricing errors, or omissions. We reserve the right to correct errors and cancel orders at any time.

9. PRICING & MODIFICATIONS

Prices are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products or services at any time.

10. SHIPPING & RISK OF LOSS

  • Prices do not include shipping.

  • Shipping quotes are for U.S. customers unless otherwise stated.

  • International shipments require separate quotes.

Risk of loss transfers to Buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

We are not responsible for customs delays, duties, or international tracking limitations once the product leaves the United States.

11. RETURNS

Approved returns are subject to:

  • 20% restocking fee

  • Non-refundable shipping

Custom-built units, engines, and assembled products are non-refundable unless defective upon arrival.

Written authorization is required for all returns.

12. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Paramotor Central LLC from any claim, lawsuit, or expense (including attorney fees) arising out of:

  • Your modification or resale of products
